We design application specific conveyor system for soap and detergent transfer system which gives seamless transportation of alkali materials through PVC / PU / RUBBER belts supported by trough roller system to avoid spillage during the process. We incorporate electric motors, gear box, VFD and bearings from globally renowned manufacturers to ensure uninterrupted operation. Surface will be powder coated or painted with marine grade paint to avoid erosion. Protective belt covers are provided to avoid impurities. We strictly follow the quality control measures throughout the process and conduct Factory Acceptance Test which ensures compliance to all technical requirements to ease the process of Independent Third-Party Inspection for dispatch clearance.
