IMPORTANCE OF MEDICAL OXYGEN PLANT AT HEALTH CENTER

Availability of adequate oxygen at health care center can be the difference between life and death. The existing capacity of hospitals is far below requirement in developing countries. Lack of transport facilities to the outskirts creates scary situation during critical care treatments. The overwhelming number of patients in need of oxygen therapy far outstrips the existing capacity at hospitals and health facilities. Oxygen is needed at large-scale to serve health facilities with hundreds of patients at a time.

Pressure Swing Absorption (PSA) oxygen plant setup is used to produce large volumes of medical grade oxygen that can be immediately deliver to patients via cylinders which are needed to be refilled as per requirement.

As of now, O2 plants are designed to produce medical oxygen in large volume and then distributed through light pressure (6-10 Bar) pipeline system near to patient via Bed Head Unit, Humidifier and Breathing apparatus. Cylinder filling system is also inter-connected to the pipeline so that these filled cylinders can be used for emergency or transport to nearby hospitals or stores.

We supply complete medical oxygen manufacturing plant from capacity 2 m3/hr to 50 m3/hr compliance with FDA, ISO-13485:2016 and IEC norms and conditions. These Gas plants are automatic units producing gases at low cost. Our Oxygen generators are based on Molecular Sieves PSA process which produces high purity Oxygen. Such Oxygen generators are very commonly being used in Hospitals.

These plants can be standalone, skid mounted or containerized type to suit any space available at premises.

Automatic plant start-up time is only 5-minutes to start getting Oxygen. Automatic pressure switch on oxygen tank switches OFF & switches ON Oxygen plant automatically as per Oxygen consumption and Oxygen demand. It is fully automatic unit, so no operator required. Maintenance is negligible. Only running machine is Air compressor.
